Our Story
Partnership for Community Action, Inc. was founded in 1966 as part of President Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty initiative. This nonprofit agency is dedicated to creating opportunities that lead to family self-sufficiency by providing essential services to low-income individuals and families in DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Rockdale counties.
Impact
In 2021, PCA served a remarkable 39,119 households through its anti-poverty efforts, utilizing funding from the Community Services Block Grant and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
