Partnership for Affordable Housing, Inc. (PAH) was established in 1991 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for economically disadvantaged residents across Indiana. Since its inception, PAH has been committed to enhancing the quality of life for low and moderate-income individuals by ensuring access to safe and affordable housing.

Our Journey

In 1993, PAH opened the Courts of Colfax Apartments, a pioneering affordable housing property designed specifically for the elderly and disabled. This project marked the beginning of PAH's mission to oversee the planning, construction, and operation of affordable housing developments. Today, PAH continues to manage this property and has expanded its portfolio to include four additional properties: Northridge Apartments, Valley Court Apartments, Pine Grove Apartments, and Lafayette Landing at Kessler.
