Born from the 1994 tobacco settlement, this initiative has united public and private organizations, including former Attorney General Mike Moore, to create a healthier Mississippi. By implementing the Centers for Disease Control's Best Practices, the Partnership has become a national leader in tobacco prevention, developing innovative educational programs that foster long-term behavioral change among youth and adults.
