Partners With Haiti was co-founded in 1971 by Dr. Jean Claude Noel and Dr. David Madeira. Dr. Noel, a native of Haiti, dedicated his life to ministry after studying at the Evangelical School of the Bible. After furthering his education in Rhode Island, he returned to Haiti to establish churches and ministries. Today, PWH continues to honor this legacy by providing vital spiritual, educational, and medical support to the Haitian community.
