Our Story

Inspired by President Kennedy, Partners of the Americas was founded in 1964 under the Alliance for Progress. With over 55 years of experience, this nonprofit organization operates from Washington, D.C., implementing innovative programs and grassroots initiatives across the western hemisphere.

Impact

Engaging over 7,500 volunteers and members, Partners of the Americas has contributed more than 23,000 hours of service in over 30 countries. With 109 grassroots chapters and 19 impactful programs, the organization demonstrates significant social and economic change.
