Our Story
Partners in Progress is a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Pennsylvania, founded in 2000 by the Pittsburgh Regional Haiti Solidarity Committee. The mission focuses on collaborating with rural organizations in Haiti to enhance local cultural, social, and environmental assets, fostering sustainable community development.
Impact
Significant achievements include a 200% increase in crop yields for farmers, improved household incomes for 63% of farmers, and the planting of over 442,641 trees. Additionally, three schools have been constructed, and vocational training has been provided to 89 women.
