Our Story

Founded in 1993 by Frank Hagaman, Partners in Housing Development Corporation addresses the critical issue of abandoned buildings in Indianapolis. With a mission to provide safe and affordable housing, the organization has expanded to include 10 buildings in Indianapolis and one in Kokomo, fostering a supportive community for residents.
