Our Story

Founded in 1979 by dedicated volunteers, Partners In Care has grown from its roots as 'Friends of Hospice' into the largest and oldest nonprofit hospice, home health, and palliative care provider in Central Oregon. For over 45 years, this organization has been committed to delivering compassionate care to terminally ill patients and their families.

Impact

Serving a vast 10,000 square mile area, Partners In Care employs over 200 staff and nearly 200 volunteers, ensuring that quality home health, palliative care, and hospice services are accessible to those in need.
