Partners for Krabbe Research (P4KR) was founded by Anne Rugari in memory of her son Nick, who lost his battle with Krabbe disease. After facing the challenges of her daughter Gina's diagnosis, Anne dedicated her life to increasing awareness and supporting research that can change outcomes for children affected by this rare genetic disorder. Established in 2012, P4KR is committed to making a difference for families dealing with Krabbe disease.
