Founded in 2012, Partners Advancing Student Success Inc (PASS) began its mission to uplift at-risk students in Carroll County. Starting with just two Advocates at Villa Rica High School, PASS has transformed the educational landscape, significantly increasing graduation rates from 68% to over 90% across all served schools.
During the 2023-2024 school year, PASS reached 37,301 contacts through school-level services and provided case-level support to 322 students, achieving an impressive 97.5% graduation rate. This success reflects PASS's commitment to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive.
