Our Story

Partner in Employment (PIE) is dedicated to addressing the employment challenges faced by refugees and immigrants in Washington. Co-founded by Amina Ahmed and Hien Kieu, PIE continues to honor Amina's legacy by providing culturally-competent programs tailored to the unique needs of South King County's diverse communities.

Our Impact

PIE guarantees long-term economic stability for newly arrived refugees and immigrants by offering assistance in language acquisition, housing stabilization, and job training in higher-wage industries. The organization has successfully helped numerous clients secure meaningful employment.
