The Parris Foundation

Our Story

The Parris Foundation was established in memory of Parris Gaehring, a promising young student whose life was cut short by gun violence. This foundation is committed to providing essential counseling services for crime victims and college preparation programs for first-generation students, aiming to uplift disenfranchised communities.

Impact

In 2021, the foundation achieved remarkable results: 94% of students maintained a 2.5 GPA, 77.5% pursued post-secondary education, and 384 victims received over 1,416 counseling services. Community outreach efforts reached 1,262 individuals through 87 events.
