Founded in 1999 by Mel DeVries, Parkinson's Group of the Ozarks is dedicated to educating and supporting individuals affected by Parkinson's disease. Based in Springfield, Missouri, this nonprofit organization has been a beacon of hope for over two decades, establishing the first clinic for Parkinson's patients in the Ozarks in 2001. The clinic, now part of the Jared Neuroscience Center at Cox Medical Center South, continues to provide essential services and programs.
