Senior Housing Options is a dedicated nonprofit organization that has been serving the needs of older adults in Colorado since 1979. Originally formed to address the displacement of low-income elderly residents, it has grown into a comprehensive provider of residential communities and supportive services.

Currently, Senior Housing Options serves nearly 500 residents across eleven residences, fostering a community that prioritizes dignity, respect, and individual choice for low and moderate-income older adults and adults with disabilities.
