The Parents and Friends Association Community Services (PAFACOM) has been a beacon of hope since its inception in 1968. Founded by a dedicated group of parents, relatives, and friends of residents at the Vineland Developmental Center, PAFACOM has tirelessly advocated for the rights and needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Over the years, PAFACOM has established a strong partnership with the Vineland Developmental Center, leading to the creation of numerous community residences and support services.

Our Impact

Today, PAFACOM operates 12 residences across Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem, Camden, and Atlantic counties, providing a safe and nurturing environment for over 45 individuals. Additionally, the organization offers a variety of day programs that empower more than 150 individuals through vocational training, community living skills, and socialization opportunities.
