In 2016, a needs assessment in Todos Santos revealed that many families lacked access to essential pediatric healthcare. This led to the establishment of the Padrino Children’s Foundation, which collaborates with local medical professionals to address pressing health issues. In 2022, the foundation was registered as Fundación Padrino Todos Santos, expanding its reach and impact. Today, Padrino serves nearly 20% of the local pediatric population facing financial hardship, treating hundreds of children each year.
