Our Story

The Pacific Islanders Cultural Association (PICA) was established in 1995 to encourage and perpetuate the rich cultures of the Pacific Islanders in Northern California, particularly in Marin, Sacramento, Fresno, and Monterey Counties. This dedicated group of volunteers works tirelessly to develop and maintain the histories, cultures, and traditions of all Pacific Islanders through educational initiatives.

Impact

PICA has successfully offered grants and scholarships to deserving organizations and individuals, significantly contributing to the preservation and celebration of Pacific Islander heritage in Northern California.
