PACIFIC ASIAN AND ASIAN NORTH AMERICAN WOMEN IN THEOLOGY AND MINISTRY (PANAAWTM) began in 1984 as a small group of Asian and Asian American women pursuing theological education and ministry. Over the past 40 years, this vibrant community has grown to support women and non-binary individuals of Asian heritage in their spiritual and professional journeys. PANAAWTM is committed to creating an LGBTQIA-affirming space that fosters feminist leadership and challenges patriarchal norms within faith communities.
