Our Story

Founded in 1986, Ozark Mission Project (OMP) began with a single camp in Imboden, Arkansas, and has since expanded to serve nearly 30 counties. Initially run by volunteers, OMP became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1995 and has grown under the leadership of Bailey Faulkner since 2012. The organization has received accolades such as the Nonprofit of the Year award finalist by Arkansas Business and the Outstanding Volunteer Organization award by Arkansas Fundraising Professionals in 2019.

Our Impact

OMP engages approximately 1,500 youth, young adults, and families each year, providing essential home repairs and community service projects that empower neighbors in need across Arkansas.
