Our Story
Founded in late 2022 by Damon Moore and a dedicated board, Oyster River Ecology is committed to enhancing habitat improvement projects across the Suncoast. With the support of generous donors and local foundations, ORE began full operations in May 2023, aiming to make a significant impact on the community and the environment.
Our Impact
Oyster River Ecology’s mission is to restore ecosystems and preserve ecological functions while increasing understanding of the natural systems we all rely on. ORE is dedicated to habitat restoration, stewardship, and beautification, benefiting both humans and wildlife for generations to come.
