The Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association, born from the vision of Oxford Circle Mennonite Church, is dedicated to extending healing and hope within the Oxford Circle community. Established in 2006, OCCCDA focuses on spiritual, physical, social, and economic development, striving to reconcile all people to Jesus.
