Our Story

Founded by Father Nick Amico in the early 1970s, OCIMA has dedicated over 40 years to improving the lives of impoverished and oppressed people in Guatemala and Ecuador. The organization focuses on education, housing, medical care, and nutritional support, believing that educating a child can empower entire communities to emerge from poverty.
