Our Story

Over the Rhine Community Housing is dedicated to addressing the affordable housing crisis in Cincinnati through community-based solutions. By focusing on property management, resident services, tenant advocacy, and property development, this organization serves a diverse population of low-income residents.

Impact

In 2022, 473 homes were provided, serving 851 residents and creating 248 new housing units. Programs for vulnerable neighbors ensure a safe environment for stability and growth.
