Our Story

Founded in 2005 by ovarian cancer survivors Diane O’Connor and Diane Elizondo, the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon & Southwest Washington (OCAOSW) was established to raise awareness and provide support for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer. The organization began with a gynecologic cancer support group and has since expanded its programs to include education and advocacy.

Impact

OCAOSW is dedicated to promoting ovarian cancer awareness, supporting survivors, and advocating for public policy and funding. The organization connects newly diagnosed women with peer mentors and offers financial assistance to those in critical need.
