Outside the Box

Our Story

Outside the Box Inc. was co-founded by Kelly Hartman and Megan Greek in early 2008, starting in a borrowed conference room with just two part-time employees and four participants. Since then, the organization has expanded significantly, now supporting over 350 participants and employing over 50 staff in a 14,000 square foot facility. The recent opening of the Fishers Campus in July 2023 marks a new chapter in the mission to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities.
