Get Outdoors Nevada, formerly known as the Outside Las Vegas Foundation, was founded in 2000 by outdoor enthusiasts dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through outdoor experiences. In 2018, the organization rebranded to better reflect its mission of connecting all Nevadans and visitors to the diverse outdoor opportunities available in the state.
From 2012 to 2022, Get Outdoors Nevada organized 733 volunteer events, contributing 63,496 hours of service valued at $1.7 million, significantly enhancing community engagement and outdoor stewardship.
