Our Story

Fifty years ago, a grassroots effort led by Mt. Lebanon’s Community Relations Board and the Mt. Lebanon Police Department addressed the challenges faced by teens in the community. This initiative gave rise to Outreach Teen & Family Services, officially formed in 1974. Over the years, the organization has evolved into a vital community counseling agency, dedicated to promoting mental wellness across a broad local region.
