Our Story

Founded in 1979 by Kathleen Riddle, Outreach Project began in a converted candy store in Queens, New York, with a mission to combat substance abuse and behavioral health issues. Over the years, it has evolved to inspire individuals and families to achieve their unlimited potential through high-quality, evidence-based treatment and training programs. Today, Outreach operates multiple facilities across Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island, providing comprehensive outpatient and residential treatment for adolescents and adults.
