Our Story

In 2014, the late Bishop Phillip A. Brooks sent dedicated leaders to the Pontiac area to serve as Pastor of Johnson Memorial Church of God in Christ. With over twenty-five years of outreach ministry experience, the vision for the Outreach Development Center (ODC) was born. This initiative aims to be a beacon of hope, providing essential resources and support to those in need. By fostering a spirit of community and collaboration, ODC seeks to change lives one family at a time, ensuring that healthy families lead to thriving communities.
