Our Health: A Commitment to Community Wellness

Founded in response to a 1996 Community Health Needs Assessment, Our Health Inc. emerged from a collaboration between Valley Health System and local governments to address the pressing health needs of homeless, low-income, and uninsured citizens. By providing shared space and administrative services, Our Health fosters strong partnerships among 97 local non-profit agencies, enhancing resource sharing and community involvement.

Located in the heart of the community, Our Health serves as the owner and property manager of the Kendall Community Campus, a hub for health and human services. The organization offers vital support in grants research, writing, and administration, alongside training and technical assistance for non-profit boards and staff. Through its Volunteer Action Center, Our Health connects volunteers with local needs, amplifying the impact of community service.

Our Health's collaborative model ensures that comprehensive wrap-around services are available to address the physical, mental, educational, emotional, nutritional, spiritual, safety, and financial needs of individuals. This holistic approach significantly improves the lives of those served.
