Our Story

Organizing Neighborhood Equity, known as ONE DC, was established in 1997 as Manna Community Development Corporation. This organization focuses on community organizing and advocacy for affordable housing, economic justice, and equitable development in Washington, DC. Transitioning to a non-hierarchical, shared leadership structure in 2010, ONE DC emphasizes grassroots organizing and collective action.
