Our Story
The Oregon Workforce Partnership (OWP) unites over 200 community leaders from business, education, and government to enhance Oregon’s workforce system. By focusing on locally-driven decisions, OWP ensures that all Oregonians have the skills needed to thrive in their communities.
Impact
From April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, OWP served 78,666 program completers, with 69.1% remaining employed in the second quarter post-exit, earning an average of $10,749. This translates to an estimated $2.34 billion in annual earnings, showcasing the effectiveness of WorkSource Oregon in fostering economic stability.
