Founded in 1971 after a tragic farm accident, the Oregon Child Development Coalition was established to ensure that migrant farm workers in Oregon had access to early childhood care and education. Over the years, OCDC has grown into a leading provider of early childhood services, impacting the lives of over 4,000 children and families across 15 counties.
