Our Story

The Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America (OSDIA) was founded in 1905 in New York City by Dr. Vincenzo Sellaro and five compatriots. This organization unites individuals of Italian heritage to promote and preserve their cultural identity within American society. With over 700 local chapters nationwide, the Grand Lodge of New York has a rich history of community engagement and cultural preservation.
