Our Story

Founded in October 2004, the Orang Utan Republik Foundation is committed to saving the orangutans of Indonesia through conservation education and outreach initiatives. As the US chapter of The Orangutan Project since 2016, OURF has expanded its mission to include a broader range of projects aimed at protecting orangutans and their habitats.
