Our Story

Founded in 2009 by Bill Paluska and Rene Lambert, Opportunity Works Connecticut Inc. (OWC) has been dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Starting with just a few participants in our vocational programs, OWC has grown significantly, moving to a larger facility in Rockville, CT, in 2014. Since then, OWC has expanded its services with multiple locations, including The Gifts of OWC and Floral & Gifts of OWC, providing essential vocational training and employment opportunities.
