Our Story

Founded in 1954 by Al and Dessie Bailey, Opportunity Village began as a supportive community for their daughter Claudia, who had Down syndrome. Over the years, it has transformed into a comprehensive service provider for individuals with disabilities, offering programs in workforce development, community employment, and social recreation across multiple campuses in Southern Nevada.
