Founded by Mrs. Carol Scott, OIC has dedicated itself to transforming the lives of disadvantaged residents through comprehensive support and resources. As the designated Community Action Agency for Clark County, OIC focuses on providing hope, skills, and opportunities for a better life.
Each year, OIC serves over 5,000 low-income residents, helping them achieve self-sufficiency through personal, academic, vocational, and occupational skill development.
