Our Story
Founded in 1993 by Karen Kalish, Operation Understanding of the District of Columbia (OUDC) has empowered over 600 young leaders through its transformative programs. By fostering respect and understanding, OUDC is dedicated to eradicating racism, anti-Semitism, and all forms of discrimination.
