Operation PAR, Inc. was founded by Shirley Coletti after her daughter faced addiction challenges. With the support of community leaders, including Pinellas County's State Attorney and Sheriff, Operation PAR was established to assist families in crisis. Today, it employs over 400 dedicated professionals, delivering comprehensive addiction and mental health services across Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Citrus, and Lee counties.
Operation PAR serves nearly 10,000 individuals annually, providing an average of 1.8 million services each year. This commitment ensures that those struggling with substance use disorders and mental health conditions receive the support they need.
