Operation Healthy Family (OHF) is dedicated to serving individuals experiencing poverty, particularly people of color and immigrants, in Spokane, Washington. Founded by a biracial couple, Tommy and Paula Williams, OHF has deep roots in Spokane’s African-American community, especially in the historic South Perry neighborhood, which has long been a refuge for Black families.
Since 2010, OHF has raised $2 million and served over 500,000 individuals through various initiatives.
