Operation Equivalency, Inc. (OE) is a New York State accredited educational provider dedicated to transforming lives through adult literacy courses and workforce development. Founded in 2013, OE focuses on helping disconnected youth and adults who lack a high school diploma. With a team of qualified instructors and certified counselors, OE provides exceptional High School Equivalency (HSE) test readiness preparation and testing, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to pursue their educational and career goals.

Located in East Harlem, OE recognizes the challenges faced by minorities in New York, particularly the high unemployment rates. To combat this, OE offers certifications in OSHA 30, Scaffolding 32, and flagging programs, utilizing the NCCER curriculum, which has revolutionized training in the construction industry. By equipping individuals with essential skills and knowledge, OE aims to create pathways to employment and financial security.
