Founded by retired U.S. Army Captain David Molina, Operation Code began as a grassroots initiative to assist veterans in transitioning to tech careers. Inspired by a hackathon, Molina recognized the need for accessible coding education and resources. Today, Operation Code has evolved into a vibrant community of over 8,000 members, providing mentorship, scholarships, and a supportive network for military veterans and their families.
