Our Story

Operation Care International began in November 1993 when Susie Jennings, inspired by her faith and community needs, started giving blankets to the homeless in downtown Dallas. Known affectionately as "The Blanket Lady," her humble efforts sparked a movement that has grown into a multifaceted organization dedicated to serving the homeless and destitute children worldwide.

Since 2004, OCI has positively impacted over 300,000 individuals, providing essential services and spiritual guidance to those in need.
