Our Story

Operación San Andrés is a nonprofit organization founded by Dr. Luis A. Campos and his wife Ruth, dedicated to serving the residents of Collique, an underserved community in the foothills of the Andes Mountains near Lima, Peru. The mission is to alleviate poverty by transforming families through the love of Christ.
