Our Story

Open Hearts Big Dreams is dedicated to inspiring and enabling youth in Ethiopia to reimagine their future through increased literacy, innovation, leadership, and inclusion. By creating and distributing culturally-appropriate early reader books in various Ethiopian languages, the organization enhances literacy among children.

Impact

Since 2017, Open Hearts Big Dreams has developed over 125 unique bilingual titles and printed and distributed over 300,000 copies of books in Ethiopia, significantly contributing to literacy efforts in the region.
