Open Door Health Center began as a free health program in Mankato, evolving from The Wellness Center in 1983 to meet the healthcare needs of women and children. Today, it stands as a nonprofit community health center, offering integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services to all, regardless of their ability to pay.
