Our Story

Founded in 2007, Open Arms Ukraine began its mission by serving orphans in Sumy and surrounding areas. Over the years, the organization has expanded its focus to include at-risk youth, families, and the elderly. Since the war in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, Open Arms has redirected its efforts to provide critical war relief, delivering aid and support to those affected by the conflict.

Impact

Since the onset of the war, Open Arms Ukraine has helped hundreds of Ukrainians by delivering groceries, medicine, clothing, and essential supplies. The organization has also provided financial aid, supported military volunteers, and assisted refugees, making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by the war.
