Our Story
In 1987, Jeff Hall, an American Peace Corps volunteer, witnessed the harsh realities of multidimensional poverty in rural Sierra Leone. This experience ignited a passion for change, leading to the establishment of OneVillage Partners in 2010. The organization focuses on community-led development, adapting to the unique needs of each community to foster sustainable growth.
Impact
OneVillage Partners has made significant strides in reducing poverty, with 81% of community members actively participating in development projects. Notably, communities implementing WASH initiatives have seen a remarkable 73% reduction in diarrheal diseases.
