One Community Alliance

Our Story

One Community Alliance began with a humble idea: to create a space where neighbors from diverse backgrounds could come together, share a meal, and learn more about each other. Founded by Executive Director Hudda Ibrahim, the initiative started with the Dine and Dialogue program in 2017, sparking powerful conversations about the inequities faced by disadvantaged populations in the St. Cloud area.

Impact

In 2022, the organization launched 'Building Equity Through Dialogue' to address racial equity, leading to the formation of action groups in 2023 focused on specific inequities across various sectors. One Community Alliance has successfully facilitated community events such as the Annual Diversity Homeownership Fair and the Equity in Health Festival, promoting education and health equity in Central Minnesota.
